How We Work

We're not a vendor you call, get a ticket number, and wait for. Primeer works as an embedded infrastructure team inside your plant — the people who answer at 2 a.m. become the people who run your controls, your network, and your custom equipment. Here's how that happens.

What you can expect on a first call

  • A technician answers or calls back within 15 minutes, 24 hours a day.
  • We tell you up front whether it is something we can handle remotely, on site, or not at all.
  • We fix the problem before we talk about anything else.

How we quote

  • Repairs are generally done on time and materials.
  • We tell you the rate before we start.
  • Larger work gets a written scope and a fixed price. If we find something outside the scope, we stop and ask before proceeding.
  • You will not get an invoice for work you did not agree to.

Embedded Services: How the relationship grows

Most customers call us back for the next problem. That's when the embedded model starts.

Over time, some ask us to take on adjacent systems they would rather not manage themselves: controls, plant networks, SCADA, custom machinery. When it makes sense for both sides, we become the standing team for those systems - the same people, the same rates, no new relationship to explain.

What that looks like in practice:

  • A named point of contact who already knows your plant, not a queue.
  • Ongoing support on agreed terms - 24/7 response, onsite when it matters, remote when it doesn't.
  • The same rate card as the first call. Embedded doesn't mean a new pricing game.
  • We take on what makes sense for both sides, and we say so when it doesn't.

Some plants stay at one-off repairs. Some hand us half their infrastructure. Both are fine with us.
